The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound for errors due to a detour during the registration of electronic data in the store.

When placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order.

During the progress of your order, you can visit the “My orders” section on our website to be informed about the progress of your order. The order progress stages are as follows:

“New”: Your order has been received by an associate of our company who is checking it for its correctness.

“In Progress”: Your order is currently being assembled in our warehouse.

“Shipped”: The products in the order have been collected and are on their way to be shipped to your location.

“Delivered”: The products of the order have been delivered to your place or to the agency of your choice.

“Not delivered”: The products of the order could not be delivered to your place or to the agency of your choice. The Customer Service Department of the online store will contact you.

“Cancelled”: Your order has been canceled by the warehouse, usually in consultation with you.

“Payment Declined”: Your card has not been accepted and payment for your order by credit card cannot be completed.

In case something ocurs with your order, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone numbers you have indicated when registering or placing your order on our website.

In the event that you do not receive a relevant e-mail confirming your order or our notification by telephone, it is your obligation to inform us without delay, as there may be a problem with the contact information you have provided. Piercing.gr bears no responsibility in the event that you have entered your contact information incorrectly, as a result of which it is not possible for us to communicate with you.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and/or request a replacement. We point out that for hygiene reasons, returns or replacements of piercings, ear cuffs and earrings are not accepted if their sealed bag is opened.

Replacement Procedure

1. Send Photo: Take a photo and send to [email protected] the photo of the product.
2. Telephone Contact: Call +30 2315 009 272 to clarify the details of the replacement.
3. Pack the Product: Pack it the same way you received it. The product must be shipped in the same specifications as it was received. Don’t forget to put in its packaging all the accompanying forms (e.g. Receipt-Invoice, receipt from Courier, product tags).
4. Transport – Courier: It will be picked up by the respective company that delivered it to you and will transfer it to us without any charge.

Note: If the inspection shows that the product is not defective or that the sealed bag has been opened for products in the piercing, ear cuff and earrings categories (for hygiene reasons), then we return it to you and you bear the cost of shipping.

Product Returns

Accepted, when all the following conditions are met:

• When you return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase as well as all its documents (e.g. bill of lading, receipt from Courier).
• The product and its packaging must be in the condition received (undamaged).
• When the product belongs to the piercing, ear cuff and earrings categories, the sealed bag must not have been opened (hygienic reasons).
• The product must have its “labels”.

Note: Products that have been used for hygiene purposes are not returnable.

Return Procedure

1. Send Photo: Take a photo and send to [email protected] the photo of the product.
2. Telephone Contact: Call +30 2315 009 272 to clarify the details of the return.
3. Pack the Product: Pack it the same way you received it. The product must be shipped in the same specifications as it was received. Don’t forget to put in its packaging all the accompanying forms (e.g. Receipt-Invoice, receipt from Courier, product tags).
4. Transport: Choose any transport or courier company you wish as the shipping costs are borne solely by you.
   Caution! We will not receive any product if, upon receipt, we are asked to pay for shipping, or be charged the corresponding amount.
5. Check – Update: We receive your product and (within 10 working days),we check that all conditions for product returns have been met.

If they were not met, there is no offset and you can ask us to send you this product again, with the cost of transport being yours.

If the conditions were met then we return the value of the product (as it was depicted in your order) and you can receive it in the following ways:

a) Credit to your online account, for future purchase of our products
b) If the payment was made by card, refund of the corresponding amount to your card
c) Deposit to a Piraeus Bank, Eurobank or AlphaBank Account
d) Transfer to any other bank (in this case, the transfer costs are borne by you)

You can exercise the consumer’s right of withdrawal

In accordance with the European Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with the Legislative Decree 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution process (ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution) throughout the European Union is provided for. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Online Store, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for electronic dispute resolution ( HED platform) available here

The products on our website are not subject to any warranty due to their simple nature. For those products, completely exceptionally, subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s legal warranty applies, as will be evident from the relevant accompanying form included in the packaging.

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before completing the order, during the online process of your order you can at any time press the “Previous Step” button to return to the previous step of the process. In case you have reached the last stage, before the final registration of your order, you can press the “cancel” button that will appear in a special window that opens in order to confirm the registration of your order. By “clicking” on this button, the order process is automatically interrupted and you can continue to navigate our website.

CAUTION!

In case of payment by credit card, cash is not refunded but the refund is made through AlphaBank to your credit card.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

– For each order, shipping costs are calculated according to the country of dispatch.
– The shipping cost for orders delivered anywhere in Greece is 4 euros. However, it is free when the value of the order is over 49 euros. To any other place outside Greece, the shipping cost is 10 euros.
– The cost of each order is calculated and you see it in your shopping cart.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestically or internationally. But there are cases of products whose order can get “stuck” in customs or in transit, as a result of which we do not have them in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without the specific product or to suggest an alternative.

The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: Among the thousands of products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternative solutions.

During periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the contact information you have entered is not correctly updated.

The above terms and conditions as well as any amendment, change or alteration thereof are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This is a comprehensive agreement between the website www.piercing.gr and the visitor of its pages and services and only binds them. No modification of these terms shall be considered and shall not form a part of this agreement unless made in writing and incorporated herein.

In the event that a dispute arises with a buyer, an attempt will be made to resolve it in good faith and in accordance with good morals. If the parties so wish, the resolution of the dispute may be submitted to the mediation solution in order to find an out-of-court solution in good faith. In the event that it is not possible to resolve the dispute out of court in any way, the Courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
