Shipping Methods

1. Shipping by Courier

Shipping Cost:
– For each order, shipping costs are calculated according to the country of dispatch.
– The shipping cost for orders delivered anywhere in Greece is 4 euros. However, it is free when the value of the order is over 49 euros. To any other point outside Greece, the shipping cost is 12 euros.
– The cost of each order is calculated and you see it in your shopping cart.

Delivery Days and Hours: Monday – Friday (business days) | 9:00 – 17:00.

Delivery Location: The address you stated in your order (to your door).

Courier Company: Speedex or Elta Courier.

GR Shipping to Greece:
Cost: 4 euro.
Delivery Time: 1-3 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 business days longer.
Cash on delivery: By choosing cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be charged 2.50 euros.

CY Shipping to Cyprus Economy:
Cost: 12 euro.
Delivery Time: 7-10 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 business days longer.
Cash on Delivery: Not supported as a payment method.

EU Shipping to EU Economy:
Cost: 12 euro.
Delivery Time: 5-10 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 business days longer.
Cash on Delivery: Not supported as a payment method.

Europe (Non-EU) Shipping to Non-EU Economy:
Cost: 12 euro.
Delivery Time: 5-10 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 business days longer.
Cash on Delivery: Not supported as a payment method.

USA Shipping to America Economy:
Cost: 12 euro.
Delivery Time: 15-20 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 business days longer.
Cash on Delivery: Not supported as a payment method.

Cost: 12 euro.
Delivery Time: 15-20 working days, from the date of dispatch of the order.

2. Pickup with your own Courier

Absolutely no charge.

Time of Stay in the Store: 15 calendar days, from the date we informed you (by email and phone) that you can pick it up.

Collection Days and Hours: Monday – Friday (business days) | 9:00 – 17:00. Inform your courier to call us to set the pick-up point of the products with them.
